Toys R Us is having a rather mediocre "door buster" sale right now, which includes two PSP games at half off. SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 2 and PaRappa the Rapper are available for cheap: $10 and $15 respectively.PaRappa is available online, but SOCOM is not.
